Preparation
· Heat milk, when it starts boiling, add 200 g of sugar, peel of lemon and cinnamon; let cool off
· Put eggs, ensaimadas (already broken into small pieces) and anise in a bowl, mingle gently

· Prepare caramel with 100 g of sugar, put on the bottom of baking sheet (will form bottom of cake), put melange on top and bake for 45 minutes in
