Preparation
· Wash squid, cook in pot with water till it gets soft (approximately 1 hour), pour, let drip off, divide into small mouth-friendly pieces
· Steam onion, garlic, laurel leaves, pepper and parsley with olive oil in pan
· Add squid, season with salt and pepper and cook gently on low heat
· Roast potatoes in separate pan (with olive oil), mingle gently with squid when ready to serve
· Decorate with parsley, serve with bread
