Preparation
· Cut beef in pieces and roast with olive oil in clay pot or pan
· Add onions, tomatoes, garlic, parsley (cut into fine pieces), as well as laurel leaf and pepper grains and steam till onion is well done
· Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
· Add wine and water
· When dish starts boiling add peel of lemon and flour
· Cook for half an hour, ready to serve
