Preparation
· Boil water, turn off heat, add coffee, let coffee rest in water for ¼ h
· Prepare a sweet paste by mingling brandy and rum with sugar, heat up till boiling, add peels of lemon and orange as well as coffee beans, boil till flame turns blue/alcohol evaporates
· Filter coffee, add to alcohol, mingle gently while stirring
· Decorate with peel of lemon and serve hot
